There has been a lot of negativity about Ipswich lately. I love living in this part of the country. We are have a mixture coast, countryside and cities all within close reach.
I don't like to hear of people criticising the area that I live in and love. I've been fortunate enough to have been asked to write and talk about Ipswich and the surrounding area recently.
On Friday we were part of a feature in the Daily Mirror on family friendly places to visit locally
I have also written about our favourite local places to visit for a new, informative website for Suffolk- Suffolk Days
Linda has worked tirelessly for months to bring this new site to Suffolk residents and visitors and it's been a pleasure and honour to write about Ipswich for her.
Take a long hard look at where you live and appreciate it. Everywhere will have it's negative sides but we should focus on the good.

I have very fond memories of family visits to a little village just outside Ipswich, as well as wonderful holidays in Suffolk generally. It's a lovely part of the world.
ReplyDeleteWe can all get really synical from time to time but we love where we live. It's a quaint market town just outside of Ipswich. It does have a few things that I would love to see changed but for the most part I love it and love bringing up my young family here too:)
