Wig Wam Play Tent from Garden Games Ltd ~ Review

We bought a playhouse for Molly when she was a toddler and ever since then it has seen a lot of use. It's now getting past it's best and we'd been looking around for something different for the children to play in so when Garden Games Ltd offered us a play tent to review I jumped at the chance.

Choosing which one to have wasn't such an easy decision though. I knew that Molly would love the Pink Love Heart Wig Wam or Princess play tent and Charlie would want the Rocket play tent or the Camouflage Wig Wam. Harry wouldn't mind which one but I decided to go with the Wig Wam.

I didn't tell them that it was coming and we put it up when they were in bed so that it was in the living room to greet them first thing in the morning. It was like Christmas Day!

It was really easy to put together and although hubby helped me I'm fairly confident that I would have managed single-handedly. The instructions on the box were simple to follow and the play tent was up in no time at all. What I liked was that no tools are needed to construct the tent.

I was amazed at how big it actually is. Harry goes in with umpteen toys, blankets and cushions and gets himself comfortable.

Although it's currently too wet, cold and muddy to have it outside the cover is waterproof. It's strong and hardwearing and we love the design on it. It opens and shuts with velcro making it easy for Harry to hide himself away when he's been naughty ;-)

We have looked at wig wam play tents in the past but they've been more expensive than this one, by at least £30 more and they're not as big. This one comes highly recommended by us. It suits a big age range as proven by our 2, 5 and 8 year old! I had a couple of my friend's children round tonight for a short while and they fell in love with the wig wam as soon as they saw it.

Peek a boo!

Garden Games Ltd have a huge range of outdoor games and equipment. The children are now trying to persuade us to buy a climbing frame but with Harry being the daredevil that he is I think I'll wait a few more years!!

*We were not paid for this review. We chose a play tent from the website to review and keep and all opinion is honest and based upon our personal experience with the product.
