Project 365 - 27th January-5th February 2014

While the children were at school/nursery my Mum and I popped to the local craft shop, had a very enjoyable look around followed by a hot chocolate in the cafe. It's rare that Mum and I get time together without the children.
Homemade crustless quiche. Delicious.

I asked the boys to pose for a photo while we were killing time in the car. I was hoping for some lovely smiles….
Harry loves looking at books now and we love snuggling up on the sofa together to read.
Molly went for a sleepover at her new best friend's house. She had a fabulous time and can't wait to go back.
Molly and her friend baked a birthday cake for me (albeit a week early) but it was such a lovely gesture.
My aunt came to visit and came loaded with flowers, as usual. Daffodils are so lovely and brighten any room.
Harry had been suffering with a virus for a few days and spent most of his time on the sofa sleeping, or watching YouTube on his tablet.
I was sorting the washing upstairs and could hear a little voice calling me from somewhere. The little monkey had decided to hide in Daddy's wardrobe!
We've been lucky enough to enjoy four beautiful sunny days but sadly it ended this afternoon with awful weather, although we're luckier than other parts of the country at the moment. Hubby is away with work for a few days and got stuck in a flood this afternoon after taking a wrong turning.
