Netflix on TalkTalk TV

Netflix on-demand TV has recently been added to TalkTalk TV. If you're already a customer of Netflix it's easy to add your account to TalkTalk by accessing the On Demand feature and adding your account details to the sign in screen.

If you've never had Netflix before you can try it for free for one month (terms & conditions apply. See here). It's a doddle to set up and took me just a couple of minutes. Credit/debit card details are taken but you're not charged until the free trial period ends, unless you cancel the subscription before the end date. Payment plans start at just £5.99 a month.

I really like that there are no long-term contracts so you can cancel at anytime and you're not tied into 12 month contracts. Great to dip in and out of during half-term breaks.

It's really easy to navigate through Netflix and you can either browse for something to watch or search by name. 

There's a large range of drama, movies, TV series and children's entertainment on Netflix. Two shows on the top of my want-to-see list are Orange Is The New Black and House of Cards, both Netflix-exclusive programmes and after having a quick scan through the children's guide I can see the children will be kept more than happy during the school holiday…and long after! There's a number of movies and TV series that they've been wanting to watch for some time and I just know that they'll love having it all on demand.

Hubby and I have also taken the opportunity of having a film night, without having to plan a trip to the library to hire a DVD. It's so handy having it all at our fingertips.

I recommend that you take up the free month's trial and find out for yourself. You've got nothing to lose!
