From the mouths of babes

Harry's delayed speech is holding him back in a lot of aspects at school and they're only now getting him to sound out, blend and read the most basic of words so I certainly never expected punctuation to be considered but he proved me wrong yesterday.

He asked me "Can you get Holly's car for me?" so I asked him what he should add to the end of the sentence before I did as he wanted. I meant 'please' of course but he made us all laugh when he replied "A full stop Mum." I was very impressed, even though his manners could do with some work!
