th: Molly has decided she wants to go jogging around the local park most evenings to keep fit and Harry wanted to join her. I think he slowed her pace a little but he tried his best to keep up. I was going to cycle alongside her but was unable to get on any of the bikes because of my hip dysplasia. I didn't realise how bad my hips had become until then. Time for me to get fit too….somehow!
th: On our last visit to the Blickling estate hubby lost his house key. It was found, amazingly, considering how many miles we covered so I went to pick it up on Tuesday. The man I needed to see was in a meeting so I had a quick walk around and then popped into nearby Aylsham as I'd only ever driven through before. It's a beautiful little town with lots of lovely shops. It was a costly trip to pick up a key….!
th: Another gorgeous afternoon so after school the children asked if we could go to the local park which is where we saw this beautiful blossom. It's one of my favourite things to see in Spring.
st: I had a free day and was planning to catch up on a few chores but with horrible forecast for the weekend I decided to run a few errands in the city and take a short walk along the riverside. This is one of my favourite buildings in Norwich-St James Mill. It has had such a varied history and is in a lovely location.
nd: The people who live here never disappoint with their Christmas decorations and they certainly livened up the estate with their celebration of the Queen's 90th birthday.
rd: I won tickets for the East Anglian Game and Country Fair this weekend so that's where we went on Saturday. We were all really impressed and astounded by the tricks during the Action Sports display. Charlie now wants to get practising on his bike!
