Project 366 1st-21st November 2016

1st of November means it's time to start making the Christmas decorations.

This cheeky chap lost a tooth. It was wobbly for ages!

My boys-both in desperate need of a haircut.

Watching the Norwich Castle fireworks from the roof of a car park. It worked well until the wind blew the smoke in our direction!

Intu Chapelfield is always beautifully decorated for Christmas and this year is no exception. The children love the giant walk-through Christmas pudding.

Sundays mean baking for the childrens' packed lunches and Harry loves to help out...most weeks.

We had a Star Wars plasma ball to review and the children had great fun with it. You can read the review here

The first frost of the season making pretty patterns on the roof of my car.

I had a tin of apple to use up so bought a sheet of pastry (yes, I know, lazy!) and made a quick apple pie. It went down incredibly well with the children.

Harry wanted to read me a story rather than the other way around. He did a great job.

Sitting outside Harry's school on Friday, doing nothing but enjoying some quiet time and admiring the beautiful autumn colours on the trees.

In the lead up to Remembrance Sunday Norwich Castle was lit with cascading poppies. It was beautiful to watch and my photo just doesn't do it justice.

My attempt at the supermoon. I spent ages trying to get a photo but it was quite cloudy. The night after was no better either. Such a disappointment!

A beautiful sky after a cloudy and dull evening before.

Harry and his friend made some Christmas wreaths the other night so I thought I'd have a go myself. This one impressed a friend so much that she has asked me to make one for her!

An upcoming review on the blog: Magic Dip Design Art Centre

My new 'Granny Boots' as Molly calls them. They're comfortable and I can get them on and zipped/unzipped without assistance from the children. That's a double win in my book!

Harry was at home with Daddy as he's poorly so me & the eldest two went for a wander after some shopping in the city. We took a detour at Wensum Park and weren't entirely of where we needed to go, hence the confusion at the signpost!!

Harry loves playing card games and on a wet and windy Sunday afternoon it was lovely to enjoy a few games with him. It makes a change from the constant noise from tabs, tvs and mobile phones.
